Actually wrote horn parts for this one back when HTYC had a horn section. As a result, the demo has guitar harmonies covering those parts. Here's the lead sheet. Peace.

OK.... the last note of the first line is transcribed as an E but sung as a G. Do which ever you like best. :-)
Here's the demo (with the G) and the lead sheet (with the E).

Not the best demo I've ever done but the tune's kinda cool. Here's the demo and the lead sheet.

I have been asked by several people (most importantly my wife) to create a comprehensive listing of all the Psalms I have composed settings for. OK, here you go. If you look at the top of the page you will see a new link titled Psalms. Click on it and you will see the list (currently at 42 settings). Thanks to everyone for your support over the years.
Peace,
Matt

Here's the demo. Transcription coming soon. And now here's the lead sheet. Be careful, the ink's still wet!

OK... after tourturing my singers last night at rehearsal I have performed some surgery on this setting and think it's much closer. Here's the easier key.
Sorry about the pops. Recorded on an underpowered PC when I was just starting out with ProTools. Anyhow, here's the demo and the lead sheet. Happy Easter!

Another one from 3 years ago. Sorry about the pops and crackles on the recording. Couldn't find any pennies to tape to the needle ;-). Here's the demo (in E) and the lead sheet (in C).
Peace,
Matt

So I wrote this setting 3 years back and then never had the opportunity to use it... until now. May want to play with the verses a little but in any case here's the demo and the lead sheet.

Love the words to this one and a big thanks to my wonderful wife Elaine for helping me with the vocals. BTW, if you haven't read her blog for the HT Children's Liturgy of the Word you should. Great stuff! You can find it at www.clotw.com. So here's this weeks demo and the lead sheet in the original key as well as the more congregation friendly key.
Peace,
Matt
